Terms of Service

The terms that govern buying from and using Pocket Landscape.

Last updated: 9 July 2026.

Who we are

Pocket Landscape is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], of [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. By using this site or buying from it, you agree to these terms. You can reach us at hello@pocketlandscape.com.

What we offer, and what we do not

We offer communication coaching and digital guides, using astrology as a reflective framework. This is a personal development service. It is not medical advice, psychological therapy, legal advice or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please contact a qualified professional or your GP.

Your account

You sign in with a link we email you, so keep access to your inbox secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Please do not share your sign-in links.

Digital guides

When you buy a guide, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it and keep a copy for your own use. You may not resell it, share it publicly, or redistribute it.

Your guide appears in your library immediately after payment and you can download it straight away. Because it is digital content supplied immediately, you agree at checkout that delivery begins at once, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right to cancel that would otherwise apply under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If a guide will not download, or is not what was described, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Sessions

Sessions are booked and paid for in advance. You can reschedule or cancel up to [CANCELLATION NOTICE PERIOD] before the start time for a full refund or a rescheduled slot. After that, we may not be able to refund the fee, because the time has been reserved for you. If we have to cancel, you get a full refund or a new time, whichever you prefer.

Membership

Membership renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; your membership then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed. We do not refund part-used periods unless the law requires it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown on the page before you buy. [VAT STATUS — e.g. "Prices include VAT" or "We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged."] Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, and do not use it unlawfully or to harm anyone. We may suspend or close an account that does.

Availability and liability

We try to keep the site available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care, but we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable. We do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else it would be unlawful to exclude. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. Doing so permanently removes your purchases, downloads and booked sessions, and cancels any active membership.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. The terms that apply to a purchase are the ones in force when you made it.
